Hangzhou Roboct Technological Development Co.,Ltd., founded in January 2017, is a technology-driven enterprise that integrates research and development, production and sale. The predecessor of the company was Harbin Roboct Technological Development Co., Ltd. (founded in 2012) which is divided into Hangzhou Headquarters and Harbin Corporate now. Roboct Technology is dedicated to the research and development of robotic exoskeleton, intelligent medical devices, specialized robotic technology and smart system. Between Hangzhou Headquarters and Harbin corporate, the latter was designated as National High and New-tech enterprise in 2015. After years of technology accumulation, Roboct Technology has made fruitful outcomes regarding several programs on scientific research and industrialized products. Besides, with technology and innovation as its core driver, it has applied for over 100 intellectual IPRS and has got over 20 awards in different fields.
Roboct Technology is dedicated to providing the disabled, the elderly and medical rehabilitation institutes with intelligent rehabilitation devices, rehabilitation assistance and smart solutions through combining Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotic technology with data analysis and cloud computing. It aims to promote medical rehabilitation and drive the pension industry with benefiting the disabled and people with mobility impairments as its own goal. It also involves the research and products development of exoskeleton technology in several fields such as entertainment, industry, military and sports.
In 2018, Roboct Technology has obtained Pre-A Round Financing and introduced industrial investors. The inflow of funds and resources has jump-start the company. 1. Pre sales technical services
The company has a pre-sales service for users in charge of free technical services. Includes:
1) User technical consultation;
2) Assist users to determine the type, model and quantity of corresponding products and accessories;
3) Provide user's suggestion design scheme.
2. Technical services on sale
After the proposal design scheme in the early stage is accepted by users and the business contact in the early stage is implemented, the user service under the corresponding contract principle will be started. We will provide users with complete design finalization scheme to meet the requirements of users. After the completion of the equipment, we will provide the user with the corresponding project completion report. At the same time, accept the inspection and acceptance of users and relevant aspects.
3. After sales technical service
1) Our company implements three guarantees for the sold products. During the three guarantees period, if there is any problem caused by the product manufacturing quality, the company will guarantee the repair, replacement and return. For the problem caused by other reasons, the company will assist the user to solve the problem, so as to ensure the product is put into operation in time and reduce the accident loss to a low level.
2) Adhere to the principle of quality and customer first. 3) In case of any quality problem within the scope of maintenance, the company shall be responsible for maintenance.
